Tracie Gould Floor Lamp November 11th, 2018 - 09:24:38
That comes out at the hinge at the top of the gold lamp. It's super simple. You can see it on the instructions as well when you buy the lamp and they're also online, so don't be worried. It's a really really simple, also take the bulb out as well, and now it is time for the fun part I decided to do this outside. I thought it would be better for the fumes, but then it started raining which was kind of annoying, but I'm sheltered, so it was okay in the end. So basically, I am laying out lots of paper to protect the floor because of course, spray paint does get everywhere.
Well, you want to lay your lamp out. I also have a pair of gloves, but I don't really think that I need them. You get your spray paint ready and I'm giving you one last wipe just to make sure there's no raindrops or anything on it. I also have a little bandana to cover my face. I don't even know if it protects me from the themes, but I thought it might work, and now it is time to spray. I am using my gray primer. First, I'm going in kind of short bursts.
I think that's the best way to do is making sure you're covering everything property, but you don't want to go too thick because then you'll have dripping and then laying it down gently, so it can dry and then obviously repeating that process all over one side. So this is what it looks like with the primer on and, as you can see, I have taped off any cables and any black parts on the lamp, because I want those to contrast nicely with the copper. I don't want any spray paint on those so tape.
