House Volunteer

We are always searching for volunteers to help with the smooth operation of our House. We request that individuals interested in becoming House Volunteers commit to a period of at least six months with a minimum of one 3 hour shift per month. (preferably two 3 hour shifts per month)  The type of service needing to be done varies but volunteers should ideally be:

  *Friendly
  *Flexible
  *Dependable
  *Self-Sufficient
 
We are currently looking for House Volunteers. The role of a House Volunteer is to assist with daily operations of the House in an effort to make each families stay as comfortable as possible. Due to the type of service we provide, House Volunteers must be 18 years of age.
Responsibilities Include:
  *Answering phones, providing front desk reception.
  *Welcoming, registering & orientating new guests.
  *Conducting of House tours.
  *Performing house keeping tasks.
  *Assisting with office projects.
  *Helping with fundraising events.
